The Breedling is the cinematic industrial doom project of Norfolk-based musician, artist and author Chris Spalton. Drawing on the folklore, landscapes and dark histories of East Anglia, his music blends crushing electronics, drone and cinematic atmosphere into what he describes as Fendustrial Dread.
Exclusively launching his new Black Shuck concept album, A Straunge and Terrible Wunder, The Breedling brings East Anglia’s infamous hellhound back to Bungay at its most fearsome in a live performance tracing the beast’s appearance in 1577 and the echoes it has left across the region ever since. Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to pick up one of the album’s limited-edition vinyl copies ahead of its general release.
