The Seagull Theatre, for Black Shuck Festival, presents:
A group of researchers from the local community have been delving into the archives of Lantern, a paranormal ‘zine created by the Borderline Science Investigation Group (BSIG) during the 1970s.
This sharing showcases two work-in-progress theatrical productions inspired by the research; a community play adapting the articles and escapades of the BSIG, and a piece of new writing exploring the themes, philosophies and psychologies of truth seeking.
Please come and feed into the development process of these weird and wonderful stories.
Lantern has been supported by Arts Council England and Historic England.
Tickets: £5 from The Fisher Theatre
Sorry – no dogs other than Black Shuck!
